TEAM BUILDING SAILBOAT RACES
PUT NEW WIND IN YOUR TEAM'S SAILS!
Set sail on the most fun and exciting team building competition in Southern California. Your teams will sail on luxury cruising sailboats on the sparkling blue Pacific Ocean. No sailing experience is needed. Each boat has a Coast Guard licensed skipper to train and coach your team before and during your race--but your team will steer and sail your own yacht.
COME ABOARD!
A trophy awards ceremony follows the sail over happy hour or dinner back at the marina. Each crew member of the winning boat receives a first place trophy for their victory. An optional debriefing over lessons learned at sea is also provided for your team. Lessons about staying on course, teamwork, communication, strategy and adapting to changing winds and sea are all applicable to success in the workplace.
